Refund policy

As a boutique owner, I always want my customers to be completely pleased with their purchases!

If you are unhappy with anything you receive from me, please contact maurensparrow.style@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt in order to explore options based on what you have purchased and what the problem might be—whether that be a refund or exchange.

If items are returned, buyer is always responsible for return shipping. I will provide the return address upon our conversation.

** Consumable items such as popcorn, candy, snacks, etc. CANNOT be returned once opened due to their perishable nature. **
